The 2004 solo tour was jokingly called the "Not a Tour" because Clay said he wasn't actually going out on the road yet. By the end, he had done state fairs, arenas, and casinos. In all over fifty performances. Not bad for "not touring." Clay used most of the same staff that he had for the Independent Tour, retaining his backup singers and most of the band...he even had the same bus driver, Sarge. Two set lists were used for this tour; one for the arenas and another for the fairs.

The set list evolved as the tour went along. No More Sad Song was taken out and All About Love was replaced by Still the One. The backup singers alternated singing a song with Clay. Angela sang, I Knew You Were Waiting. Quiana sang Chain of Fools with him and Jacob sang Signed, Sealed, Delivered. Clay also sang a duet with Cherie in Foxwoods. It was a song from her album called Fool . Clay and Quiana also sang Without You in Charleston, SC.
